Will has over 10,000 hours of Information Technology and Telecommunications sales experience in both the SMB and the Enterprise markets. Prior to becoming a Partner in Force, Will has consulted with Technology Companies regarding Lead Generation, Lead Follow-Up & Proposal Creation.
Will has held senior sales executive and sales leadership roles within TELUS, Mitel and Xerox. He has the ability to both understand complex technology and its application in solving business problems. He has thrived in both Direct and Channel sales environments. Much of his success has been due to the creation of non-traditional Channel relationships that have driven immediate incremental revenue.
Will has won sales achievement awards wherever he has been. Examples include Xerox President Clubs, Mitel Dragon Award, and various Top Sales Awards.
While at Phybridge, Will was responsible for building and executing their sales and sales operations strategy. He led Phybridge from initial product launch to >$1M in revenue in 14 months. He also participated in a successful $2M capital raise.
Will holds an undergraduate Economics/Commerce Degree from the University of Toronto.
Industry education includes Xerox Solution Selling Program, Holden Sales Management, Donovan Executive Seminar Series and Financial Statement Analysis.
A member of Whitevale Golf Club, Will is an enthusiastic golfer who sometimes manages to post a respectable score. He has coached competitive boys’ hockey for 16 years. A disciple of P90X training, he also tries to stay in good physical shape. To stay mentally sharp, Will reads at least 2 books a month.
